Is it still considered skipping school when it's only preschool? Today Ragen played hooky and we went to the Puyallup Fair with my mom & dad. We had such a fun time! We got there early in order to meet the Backyardigans but Ragen decided to play coy and Maggie flat out refused. So after 40 minutes in line, we walked away with no pics of Pablo & Tyrone. Things quickly turned around after lunch though. Ragen did as many rides as time allowed and had a blast. Maggie started off with her usual "car" on the carousel ("no neighs"). But, after watching a boat ride for awhile, she decided to try it out. From there, she was hooked! She wanted to go on every ride in the vicinity! I'm just so glad she finally tried it and enjoyed herself. A big thank you to Mimi & Bumpa!! Hopefully Ragen will grasp the concept of how skipping school was a very special occasion and it's not to be done regularly.
