9/11

I'll never hear the date September 11th without having the same reaction everytime...instantally remembering where I were when I heard the news. It's such a somber day yet this picture also brings a smile to my face each year on this date. On the 1st anniversary of 9/11, Jeremy and I were in Venice, Italy. I was very emotional on that day as we walked around and I stopped in my tracks when I saw this touching tribute on the canal...the American flag at half-staff on the gondola. I will never forget.
