It's been a whirlwind few weeks around our house. Summers just seem to get really busy and on top of that, my brother Mark visited for a week in early July. The most exciting part of the visit was set in motion a few days before when Mark proposed to his girlfriend Melissa. We are thrilled for them and are happy to welcome her into our family. As an added bonus, she has 2 kids - Tiana and Elijah who are nearly 13 and 10 respectively. These 2 were absolutely wonderful with my kids and are incredibly well mannered and polite. We are excited to grow the extended family!
Once Mark and crew arrived, there was lots of Seattle sightseeing to do as the kids hadn't been here before.
